Default Has anyone ever put a 5.4 into a Fox body?

Would a 5.4 Triton fit into a pre-edge fox body? I could see the hood being in the way, but about the engine bay?

impossible.
MM&FF has a lighting 5.4L in a fox, its far from impossible.

Its not that uncommon of a setup really. The only real problem they had was the hood, had to use a giant cowl and then they still had to cut parts out.

I think there are even a couple companys making k members for foxbodys now to fit in modulars.

Hmmm it's only a 330cu/in block, sure it's possible. A custom motor mount/ K-member will get you there....

It'll fit, but a 385 series big block would be easier and support a bit more power.

the dohc mod motors are wider than a boss 429. but its def possible epsecially wit todays tech. but my question is why? the pushrod motors are so much easier to mod and make fast than the ohc motors ford makes.
