Binding Noise . . ?

Binding Noise . . ?
Hey all,
I have an 00 GT. Whenever I go to take of from a start I hear this binding noise in the front suspension. I think that the previous owner messed the front a-arm busings up when he jacked it up. I dont know what it is for sure but I was hoping that I could get some opions on what people think it is. It's not the shocks/struts but it is up in the front suspension somewhere.
