Default Rear End Swap??

Alrighty guys, this mustang buddy of mine has a 98 or 99 cobra rear end with a 3:73 gear, upgraded axles and everything, it's a built rear end ready for slicks. He has most of the rear suspension and front suspension and has a set of cobra brakes. If i give him my rear end and my breaksfor and give him 1000 bucks for the cobra rear end and brakes does it seem like a good deal??

its not really that great of a deal, I was looking at around 800 or so to built the rearend with a new gearset/spider and 31 splines. The cobra brakes run around 300-400, but they really arn't that much better than your stockers.

Why would he want to trade you for your stock rearend? I would be careful if I were you.
