ok i am looking at an 03 mystic blue cobra convertable has 11k miles on it no mods what so ever and they want $29,995 is this an ok price or am i just wanting it because i finally found a mystic which is what my hart is set on?

That's a good price for a vert, after all they are worth a few thousand more than the coupes.

For an 04 that would be fine, for an 03, a couple of G's high IMO.
