Mid-Pipe Fitting

Default Mid-Pipe Fitting

If I'm planning on putting an h-pipe and cat-back system on my car, but for the time being keeping the stock heads. What size h-pipe do I need? They all say fits shorty of long-tube headers. Which would fit the stock heads?
