i saw some on ebay but how can you tell if they are painted, because they say painted but are they ready to go on the car? I need one in black but i cant tell if there just primered in a black color or what. Whats a good price for a fully painted one ready to bolt on.?

Well with eBay you never know, but you can always just ask the seller...

I paid $300 to get my rear bumper painted/primed.

It will fit but will rub on the hood when closed. On the stock gt where it mounts to the top next to the headlights, its flat. On the cobra bumper that, part is raised and rubs on the hood when you close it and will eventually the paint comes off. I will still do it though.

Yeah, but sometimes you are sacraficing (sp?) quality, like cheap material and paint and also horrible fitment issues.
