americanmuscle has a roush one. says it's for 05+ but it fits ours too. That's the one I'm getting when I get an mgw

fatknobs.com has some that look nice... The hurst style, but with no shift pattern. Available in black and white, I just ordered the black and should get it in the next couple of days.
