Tire Size Question

RE: Tire Size Question
just stay at 245/45/17 because then tires get extremly hard to find, and when that happens they get extremely expensive 245/45/17 is actually common size no tire shop will complain putting them on and u know everything will work. if you are dye hard just get a sticky tire, like a michelin or nitto or BF goodrich.

RE: Tire Size Question
I think danorth is looking for 16's, in which case either 245/45 or 245/50 will fit and are available. I missed that '16' the first time through too, and ended up searching some more and posting an edit.
If you can get past the ricey-looking name, Fuzion ZR's have received some pretty good ratings for grip, including some from folks with autocross experience (I'm not just talking about the reviews that show up at the TireRack website, either)..

1st.. do not question my character. I called BS, which is not saying someone is a "lying piece of ****".
2nd.. I have photographic proof, as this is my brothers car I am referring to, not some random person i heard about. I did not say that it even remotely looked safe, but it was on there and driven daily. I will be more than glad to send you pictures of the tires on both an 8" bullit and on the 10.5" bullits.

Now as in with your 17x8s? it will fit and be safe, thats what i have out back..anything wide wont fit safely and wont wear properly
if you buy 17x9 and 17x10.5 you will need
275/40/17 up front
315/35/17 out back
those two sizes will fit flush with those wheel sizes
your gas mpg will decrease greatly though
btw, its 275/40/17
i hope i answered your question, i didn't understand it fully

if you want DD bullits out back with 315s then the best thing to do is just buy those two then keep your stock wheels up front and run 275/40/17
my friend has that on his 03 redfire GT and it looks "right" 245 will work also, just whichever you want to do
also. 17x10.5 is what you want
