Next mod Advice

i have 01 GT with Flowmaster Super44 and CAI .. i wanted to move on to my next mod, i was considering pulleys, but i heard that it would effect my sound system since i have a Mach 460, is that true?
the other mod in mind is TB/plenum combo 75mm. which do you think is better as my next mod, and will the TB/plenum affect the warrenty?

id say gears, then finish ur exhaust...headers and mid pipe
