GT Fender Emblems
One thing - is there a locator pin under the GT fender emblems or is it just double sided tape? I'm looking at either replacing them with the Cobra from an 07 GT500, or placing the Cobra over them on each side - not sure what would look better and wondering if there is a locator hole in my fender under the existing emblem

I'm going to convert my GT into looking like a Cobra but i will never put Cobra emblems on it since it isn't one. I'm going to put a 4.6 emblem on the sides or maybe nothing but never will i put a Cobra emblem on my car.

no. there acctually is two holes. i just changed my fender emblems a couple months ago. i went the the sn-95 gt badge. i've always loved it. check my sig to see how it looks. but it is double sided tape, and then there are 2 holes

Listen to you guys - Cobra Poser? gawd. I've had 6 Mustangs including one that won the 1990 East Coast Camarorama Show and Shine for 1970's to Present Modified, and two of those had blowers. The question was is there a locator pin hole under the existing GT emblem. Thanks yourmom6990 for the heads up... appreciated

i've got the cobra emblems off my stang right now, and there's a 8mm ish hole behind it that more or less locates the emblem, it's mainly held down by tape. And yes thetrunk onesare pure tape, no holes involved. Even though i'm not partial to cobra badging, please make sure they face the right way atleast.
