Default K member adjustments?

Is there anyway to adjust your control arms or the entire k member forward. The front wheels on my car aren't centered in the fenders.. they seem to set back about an inch.

I see adjustments where the entire K member bolts on but its only about a half inch slot... I'm considering drilling them out.. I'm tired of the front wheels sitting in th floor board.

What brand K-member do you have? Some are designed to move the wheels back like that. Check for slots where your motor mounts are and make sure they are sloted from front to back. If they are not then drilling new holes will not work.

O ok. So inother words the front wheels are sitting in the stock position and you want them moved up? The only way that I know of is to get the fully adjustable A arms. I can't remember where I seen them but they allow you to adjust your wheels forward or backward.

That's weird. My car has stock stuff under the front of it too and my wheels are actually sitting more towards the front of the fender well. I don't have a clue what could be going on here?

Post your results if you do this. I'd be interested in doing something like this too, but wouldn't it change your steering geometry somehow? If the wheels moved forwards wouldn't the strut assembly have to rebound in a different angle than stock.... bla bla bla. That kind of stuff or if it changes the ride in general.
