Cracked header??

Cracked header??
Not long after my PI intake and Cam install I started to notice a low grumbling noise comming from the motor...and as I drive bye buildings I hear my car echo and it sounds like exhaust leaks, and now when I first start the car it sounds like lifter noise for about 5 seconds then completely goes away. The car feels awesome sometimes and weak in the low rpms other times, but no trouble codes. Is it common for these to crack headers or start to leak overtime??
