23 whp is realistic. removing 4 cats restrictive mufflers a diablosport and a CAI would net 23, mine did. But that tq is outta the question, no way. i wish i had that dyno for my tune!

I think those are very realistic numbers... Ya'll are acting like 300 rwtq is untouchable

My car dyno'd at 257 rwhp and 297 rwtq with mods in sig. After my gears and tune the car was a whole other animal. I think those numbers are pretty much maxed out for basic bolt-ons. To get any further you really need to get heads/cams and long tubes, but I just can't justify the money spent for the power gained when I can spend less and make power with 50 or 75 shot.

300rwtq happens quite a bit with full bolt-ons or less than full bolt-ons. However I don't think you'll see over 320rwtq on a stock cam 99-04.
As we all know...285rwhp is about the max with full bolt-ons & cams (no head work).
Exhaust mods seem to wake the 2v's up the most, with intake mods doing very little.
