What would it take to put the blower from a 03 Cobra onto the 04 GT 2V. And what is the true rear wheel horses on the 04 GT? I have read so many different responses. My car is an 03 GT and only has 30K on the clock. [sm=feedback.gif]

True rwhp can only be determined by a dyno. Every car is different but you'll probably be around 225 at the tires. The supercharger on a 03-04 cobra will not fit a 2v and as far as I know nobody makes a lower intake to convert it over. I've read about one case where a man had a lower intake built to accept the blower but I wouldn't recommend it because it's very very expensive. The only way the blower will fit is if you do a 4v head swap.

+1. You would be better of financially if you bought a blower kit that was designed for your car. The Eaton sucks anyway. Most Cobra owners swap them out for KB's or Whipples.

the time and money invested to get the stock eaton from an 03/04 cobra on a GT wouldn't be worth the power you got from it.

Thanks, thats what I thought. Then what type of charger would you recomend? I have the 04 not 03. I cant spend so much like on the K/B. I have no mods on the car yet.

you can get a used vortech v2 sq that'll take an otherwise stock GT to about ~330RWHP.
