MILS ??
i havent looked because my light havent come on but where do the MILs go the front sniffers or the back sniffers.

I believe they go in the rear ones. Front ones should hook up to your headers/manifolds.

That would be right. You wont have to do anything to the front sensors.

ok then why didnt mine fit. the little grooves made on the Mils didnt matche up to my stock male and female.

I think that you just have to file the little grooves off. I did mine about a year ago andI think I remeber filing them off

Yeah my O2 extenders where like that. I filed off the little grooves on the end also to make it fit. I also used some high heat tape and taped them just to be sure.
