SCT is more options and is more popular, but like he said, check with your local tuner to see what they use. If they use both, i'd go with SCT, not as user friendly, but gives the tuner moire options in which to tune with.

Most store will give you 3 custom tunes with your purchase. VMP has a buyback program to buy back old chips and tuners from $50 to $200 bux on your purchase. Its a 1 time thing though.

Just like everone said though, find out what shops in your area uses which. It can be a bitch driving 400 miles just for a dyno tune (Im in missouri and my tuner is in Florida) [>:]

Get whichever one the shop you plan on ever getting a tune from uses.

I first bought a diablosport predator and then sold it so I could have the 2 step function of the SCT. Now I have the SCT and the 2 step function doesn't work in the rpm range that I want it to so i'm no better off.

I'm pretty sure, that other than the 2 step function the predator has all the same user adjustable parameters.. . If your shop uses diablosport I'd say they could put a 2 step in the tune anyway....

The SCT has a lot more options to the tuner, not just the user... I have heard that from Tuners that use both...
