Default fox body springs

Some people say they use the foxy body 4 cyl springs on there mustang to lower it, i can get 4 fox 4 cyl springs, is that all i need and just throw them on my 02 GT?

You're launching will improve on the drag strip, but the handling through the twisties will suffer.
