Misfire

So mycheck engine light just came on and i got the code that says the 2 and 6 cylinders are misfiring. I replaced the plugs but that didnt help. What should i do next, wires?

I would do wires next. And if that doesn't work replace the coils. You would have to replace both because CYL 2 is on one coil and CYL 6 is on the other coil.
