supercharger in a mach 1

RE: supercharger in a mach 1
A centrifugal blower uses an impeller and sucks the air in and compresses it in a centrifuge. A roots/ twin-screw uses rotors (male and female) that intertwine and compress it that way. The roots/ twin screw sits on top of the motor and gives you instant, fullboost at full throttle and low rpm's where a centrifugal doesn't start to produce boost until around 2500 rpm and builds as you go higher in rpm, reaching full boost around 6k rpm. Either way you will be pleased with whichever you decide to go with. Centrifugal mounts on the front of the engine. See my signature.
