Default Which S/C r good??

Which s/c r good for a 00+ gt engine? Can you guys give some webs which got prices listed? What else does he need to do on his stang so it works nice ? Does he need to replace performance pistons and other parts, or can he handle the s/c with the stock block?

weak link is the connecting rods, followed by the pistons. even still the stock gt motor will survive up to 10psi for a long while, assuming its tuned well.

do a search.

werd type of supercharger depends on what kinda powerband your friend wants - you've got positive displacements like the KB that produce power everywhere but cost 5k or centrifugals that need rpm's to make power but are cheaper.

A centrifugal makes power at hi rpms. You should look into vortechs and prochargers, thats all I really have read up on and they both look like nice S/C

ya but turbo's on a Mustang cost a lot of $$$$$$$ not to mention installation which is a lot of $$$$$$$. Go w/ the vortech they are good s/c's. check out performancecenter.com not sayin they have the best prices but they do sell s/c's

you can get a Vortech tuner kit for 2300, all you need other than that is injectors, fuel pump, and a tune
