my cousin has an 04, 40th anniversary, he is running really good, only flows no cats, 5spd. and Dr.well he is pulling on 350z's with mods. last nigth he raced an 00 gt with flows, no cats, plenum and throttle body, cai and 3.73 and the guy only pulled 1/2 on him. when we came back, one of the guys that owns a satng shop says that 04 and bullit have 280hp instead of 260hp, call it [sm=bs.gif]or what. i have an 02 with same mods as my cousin but we still need to race each other to see what's the deal.

BS. 99-04 GT's have the same hp. The bullit has 265hp, just 5 more than a stock GT.

by the way we are going to the track friday, any idea of what a stock gt, good drivers included are capable of doing near sea level?

bullits are underated from what i have heard... they are rated at 265, but then ford changed the rating recently to 270-275

Driver plays a big role, I have beaten alot of people I should not have beat simply by outdriving them.

My neighbor has a 470+ WHP supra and he can't even come close to catching me from a stop... put a good/great driver in there and I would be seeing a 3 inch muffler tip.

ive posted dyno sheets on stock bullitt/03 gt, its a difference of 2 hp and 1 tq at the wheels.
driving is a different story... my mods vs his mods (he has more done) i take him by 1/2-1/4 every time
