i need to find a computer for my mach 1 motor. i just bought a 2003 mach 1 motor from jegs and i have all the parts i need to make it work in my 97 except a computer i tried my local ford dealer but there no help advanced auto parts tells me its a factory part and ecudirect.com gives me 2 numbers that r on the computer and says that they are different but no one can tell me which on will work. please help....

call a different dealer they should be able to help u narrow it down. im pretty sure weather its auto or man will be different. but dealer should help

um doesnt it come w/ the comp? why not go to ford and get a computer?? tell them its for the crate, they should be able to tell you the comp code to use.
