Help Me Choose Springs
Hey guys, I'm curious to see if anyone here has any input for me. My car isa DD andwon't really see the track ever. I tend to buy a crap load of stuff at once and install it all, so when I do suspension I'll be ordering C/C's, SFC's, C/A's, S/S's & Springs... lol. I think I'm gonna go with Tokico Blues, because I don't see a need to spend double that for Bilstein's. Sooo my question... Does anybody have H&R Race Springs? Any words of wisdom about them? I'm kinda stuck between H&R Sports and the Race Springs.
Thanks,
Shawn

K so we got one for the Sports.. I have another question for whoever happens to see this, so I don't have to make another thread.. To those of you with 18" Wheels.. did you guys notice a loss in performance for street driving/racing? I don't mean at the strip, but for everyday stuff, bangin' around the street.. did you notice your car slow down a bit due to the added weight? The 18's im re-considering weigh 34lbs each out back without tires..

H&R is a great brand. It just depends on how low you wana go?
And when it comes to 18s its not that they weigh that much more its just the whole rotational mass crap.... Ask code about it! He expained it to me!

I know that most go with Eibach and H&R but I went with Tein H tech and the drop is 1.7" front and 1.5" rear.
If you aren't going to the track then you do not necessarily need new ca's. You could replace the bushings for much less$$$ and see better performance than the stock bushings. Just a thought.
