Stainless steel or Ceramic Coated L/T which ones should I buy?

I was going to buy L/T's tomorrow and I was wondering if the SS are better than ceramic coated. I was either going to get the MAC Ceramics or the CAM SS.

Is SS preferred b/c of durability or what reason?
