Honestly i would only get these mods.. Spec 2 clutch, why because the stock one want last you long....Next try getting a top of the line CAI...that will give you about 14 more horsepower and last get the SLP exhaust system...It sounds ten time better than flowmasters and this should be enough to get you comfortably in the 13's......save that extra money for some rims, tint and other bling bling accessories...LOL...

yea but come on now too much money to do that... *rolls eyes* lol just playin with ya, that is a good suggestion but that could get expensive if he gets long tubes and has em intalled at a shop

Where to start??? Actually, I have to point out a few flaws in this post. First of all, the stock clutch in a Mustang is pretty stout. It will handle more than you think. A CAI will NOT net you anything like 14 hp.
Gears, Pulleys, Exhaust. Thats my recommendiation. But do what you think is going to help your situation the best. Ask around, do some reading.

One of the first mods that everybody does is exhaust. You should do full exhaust, gears and chip. This will give you around 25+ rwhp. You will hear and feel the difference.

That is the way to go. You Most deffinately won't get 14 HP from CAI. I couldn't even tell a difference with mine. It may have helped throttle response a bit. Now I did feel a difference with my C&L Plenum though. Gears Pullies and exhaust are the first things you should do.
