This summer, my goal is to get longtubes and a set of cams. Will I see a possible 40 rwhp with a good tune and maybe one more bolt on (throttlebody/plenum combo)?

I picked up about 15 WHP peak from my cams, and you should see around 10-15 WHP with your LTs, so its possible.

You can probably pick up a little more with the cams if you get a good tune, as mine was pretty junk. I also picked up 30 WHP at 6000 RPM compared to before the cams, they really help out on top end pull.

Put it this way, expect a full boltons/cammed car (with LTs) to make between 280 and 290 WHP w/ tune.

you should see 40rwhp if you can gain 30rwhp with cams/LT the throttle body/plenum and tune should give you atleast 10more rwhp

I see 40 as a realistic goal. About 15 from the Long Tubes, and 15 from the cams. Plus a TB/Plenum and tune. I don't see you NOT getting 40RWHP from that combo. I think it will come down to your tune though. With a good one you should surpass 40RWHP.
