Does this sound right?

RE: Does this sound right?
I saw them there for $430, but would rather have the piece of mind of 1. not delaing with shipping and receiving. 2. Support the shop in my hometown. 3.Know what I am getting. 4. Having an indisputable receipt for the warranty. I like the idea of saving $70 but also like thinking that i have already saved $600 on a full bassani exhaust, what is spending $70?

The place that is doing it for me told me the first time that i spoke with them that a full bassani exhaust and tune would get you around 50 hp. I'm guessing that is at the crank. I've gained 30 whp from tune, catted x, cai, catback, and intake spacer. I can't imagine that only headers retuned would get me 20 more. And yes, they are emissions legal.

are midlengths that expensive? I can buy LTs for under 300 for my car, and get them ceramic coated with a midpipe for under 5
the cost on the tune isnt bad, but just buy the headers urself, im pretty sure I got the BBK LTs for my mustang for under 400

WELL, i already have 2 of three pieces replaced with bassani equipment and i figured i would get the last piece done as well with the same equipment. Bassani only makes midlengths for the new edges. JBA is the other company that does. If i weren't so set on having a full bassani exhaust i would definitely get the longtubes. Also, if i went longtubes i think that i would have to replace my midpipe, instead of having them modify it, which is cheaper and easier(for me).
