i fixed it guys it was the iac .. i cleaned it out and it still was messing up so i went and got a replacement and installed it fired right up IAC on mustang is cake to change i was surpised considering my old 91 se-r takes like 4 hours to replace to iac valve.. this didnt take more than 5 mins of wrenching

check the hose that runsfrom the iac to the air hose to see if it is clogged i had that hose off and my car would crank up but then it would shut off
