Default Transmission fix?

so...... I went to hit a gear about a month ago and I hear a louddd pop. It jumped out of gear. Since then every now and then there is a grind going into second.. sometimes it even jumps out of 2nd.

What ya think we lookin at here? Syncrho's? Spider assembly? new TKO 500 ? hehe

anyone with experience on transmission repairs-- whats the going rate to rebuild a T3650?

And on a car with full length headers.. whats the best way of getting a tranny out?
