Default Instrument Panel Issues

Any info on what might be wrong. I took this picture while driving, as you can see the RMP's are around 2000 and i was on the interstate and the Tach is not working, I put my car in the Digital Test mode, and it was reading fine, and also when i crank the car up the instrument panel is unresponsive for about 8 sec. then it flashes on, but i can't tell how fast im going. the other thing is that the odometer read out has dashes. when it starts up it will display the mileage but then it will go to dashes. and the mileage has been the same for the last week and a half.

VSS took a dump maybe or the cluster is messed up. Hell it could be a loose connection on the back of the cluster.
