Nah... There is a kid in my apt complex with an Evo and he was riding my *** one day on the street I live on. I slowed down really slow and waited for him to go screaming around and that he did. I nailed the gas and as soon as he was dead even I walked off and left him. Evo's aint all that but are still pretty fast for a four banger.

ok jdaniel, if you raced and evo and walked away from him he is a moron and cant drive. my brothers evo 8 bone stock did a 12.8. to date he has done a boost controler, cat back, intake, and wire ground kit, and he is running a lowww 12 right now. btw he is only running 20psi. soo this "pretty fast+ 4 banger is about a second faster than you are.
Dont mean to really bust ***** here, because I too owned a 03 gt, and am getting another one, but sorry you can not beat modded evos on the street unless you have a pretty serious car.

Anyone can run into a bad driver, that's the thing here....
I've ran a yellow Evo and he couldn't pull on me and I couldn't pull him, especially from a roll it was 100% dead even. If he launched......I would have been smoke.
Like Silver said, Evo's with a launch can break very low 13's and even dip into the 12's.
