nitrous and my '97 cobra
I'm assuming it wouldn't be a problem but I'd just like some confirmation. Would my motor -consistently- withstand a 50 shot of nitrous without any risk of mechanical failure? Would a wet shot or a dry shot be best? Thanks for reading.

RE: nitrous and my '97 cobra
I would say it would be safe. I would go with the wet shot since it adds fuel and nitrous that way there wouldnt be a chance of detonation. Our engine blocks are awesome and can handle all kinds of hp. But our pistons suck and with a bad tune or slight detonation you can say byby to your stock pistons.

A local guy around here put too much timing in his andhad some detonation and cracked his piston. And I heard on this forum from guys that with a bad tune or just slight detonation our pistons just wont hold up.
