what product do you have ? how much did it cost ? where did you get it from ? what numbers before and after did you put down ?

right now my major thing would be cost, is there any thing wrong with a used supercharger ?

Kenne Bell 9psi intercooled 5700 for everything installed myself not dynoed yet guessing 430ish. Used supercharger its a gamble I wasn't willing to take,

Dont expect to get by spending under $4,000... Even used is tough to stay under $4,000... It aint cheap... and you get what you pay for.

I bought a used vortech v-2 from murillo motorsports and it works fine . I paid $2300.00 for s/c , aftercooler , tubing , and coolant res . My #'s before were 279 hp with a 75mm t.b. , mild z cams , plenum , gears , o/r h-pipe, flows , pullies , and a tune . After I got the stroker , blower cams , and aftercooled vortech v-2 @ 14 psithe #'s jumped to 452 hp and 465 torque . That's one hell of a difference and I feel like I'm driving a Ferrari compared to what it used to be Prior to the forging , stroking , and blower cams . If you have underdrive pullies on your car then you'd better find the stock ones because the u/d ones wont work . And if you are buying on ebay use paypal!DO NOT SEND THROUGH WESTERN UNION OR ANYTHING ELSE. I lost money on ebay being dumb so if it sounds too good to be true it is . Be careful of sellers on ebay from florida . Good luck .

i spent under $4000 installed. i got a used Vortech V2-SQ non-aftercooled. about $2200 for the whole kit, $800 for install and tune. modding a vehicle gets expensive, but if youre a car guy (or girl) like most of us on here, itll be worth every penny

Ramrod, how many psi are you seeing? Those numbers seem low for having a full exhaust and blower.

Anywho, I've got a novi 2000 mongoose kit, still haven't installed it but will shortly, paid about 4500 shipped from ga to nh
