Just make sure you know how to weld before you go hacking pipes up

i understand what you are saying about how it will look. But after the install i will want to try and save as much money as i can and i think i might be able to save a few bucks by just cutting it. how much can i sell my used H-pipe for?

Actually i think you would save money by selling it and buying a shortie. You could sell yours for exactly the price of a shortie. OR you can pay the shop to fabricate it which will cost you! And if they fu*k up just pray they arent a.ssholes!

You might end up paying more in the installation with cutting and welding rather than just buying a shortie and selling the old one.

And either way, they're like $100. If you're paying the shop to install LT's, you can't afford $100? Even if you can't, assuming you have a job, just wait an extra week or two and save the $100.

I don't know your personal situation, but if you're driving, you most likely have at least a part time minimum wage job, so $100 shouldn't be too hard, unless you work like 5 hours a week or something.
