I had a similar noise on my ProCharger. Took it to the shop for warranty repair as they though it was a bad bearing on the idler for sure. Ordered the new idler and bearing and sure as **** it was just the backing piece that held the idler on the bracket. It cracked and the two bolts were holding the two pieces on the back. I don't know how vibrating aluminum can sound like a bearing but it varied with RPM and everything. 5 minute fix, no charge, sounded like clean sex again, no more dirty sounds.

I hope it's a bearing or bracket in your case...

Pull the belt off and spin the blower. If it seems nice and smooth, try the idlers like they are saying. If this has no result, get some mineral oil (the clear type) and work it into the idlers (spray it on and work em back and forth, wipe excess) make sure to wipe any excess off before starting the car (or your gonna have belt slip ) and see if the noise goes away.
