Default Subframe connectors

I am going to order some subframe connectors from Maximum Motorsports. What are the differences and advanages of the full length subframe connectors and standard subframe connectors? The standard powder coat are 110 and the full length powder coat are 149. Thanks!

full length will give you more support than the standard ones.

$149? I paid $131 for the Full Length from www.americanmuscle.com (coupon code: mustangboards). <--- Maybe because mine came bare metal? Full length more or less make one complete unit out of your frame, starting at the front curve of the front frame section and ending at the rear curve, and include braces that weld to seat bolt brackets for extra stability. (By curve I mean the area where the frame dissapears by going up and into wheel well areas and such). You made a good choice picking Maximum Motorsports. Now make another good choice by sprining for the Full-Lengths!

Thanks for the in depth explanation! I was already leaning towards the full length and figured they were better, I just wanted to know why! Maybe they will make a noticable difference on my 180 HP turd.

That I don't know. I have my own welder so the only cost for me is if I run out of wire.
