cams and air flow sensor?

cams and air flow sensor?
hi guys
i have 2 questions, the first one is : is there any side effects after installing cams? specially fordialy driving? second q : do i have to install air flow sencor since i well buy soon the diaplo tuner? because i heard that there is no need fo air flow sencor since the tuner well manage the air floe into the intake

As for the cams, get VT or Comp stage II cams. Not gonna have a huge affect just bc you're a DD. LEAVE YOUR MAF ALONE!!!!! Get rid of those BBK UDPs and go with steeda.<---That's just my $.02.

you wont need a new MAF, just a tune, thecams dont effect your daily drivability AFTER you get the car tuned, before the tune, the car will run like pure trash, i have VT stage ones and drive mine every day will no problems, BTW, deff go VT best cams for the 4.6 IMO
