Default Changing Brakes: Whats needed?

My rear brake pads are worn really bad and I need to replace them immediately. I am going to do some upgrading and get new rotors as well. I'll be going with Powerslot rotors and Hawk HPS pads. Anything else I need? Should I bleed my front and rear brakes when I replace the rears? What's needed for that?

for the rears you will need a special tool to screw the piston back in which you can rent at autozone, you you can try to use pliers but I think its worth to just get the tool.
Bleeding the brakes is not needed since its just pads and rotors, unless the fluid is dirty or you have a spongy brake pedal.

that's about all you need. the tool isn't a must as long asyou can find a way toturn the piston and push it it at the same time, i used my palma pair of locking pliers

oh, and make sure you get the nubs on the pad lined up with the slots on the piston or you'll never get the caliper back on

Just use some needle nose pliers for the rears. They work just as good as the tool.

Buy a C-clamp(8-10 inch or so) They're cheap, and have alot of uses.If your carhas more than 50-60,000 miles. You should replace your brake fluid. It's easy to do.

you don't use a C-clamp on the rears, the piston needs to be turned
