Default Top End Engine Kit

I was wondering what are the best heads, cam and intake combo out there..... I really want to do an all motor car.....Help me if any one can...

What kind of power are you looking for? Aftermarket companies use stock castings and port them out themselves. I've heard that Patriot Heads have had some problems in the past with their heads but now they're much better quality. There's also VT and Steen. There are more companies out there. As for the intake... Typhoon makes a good intake and I heard that BBK is just coming out with one.

that may be tough with all motor......don't doubt that it's possible...but that's some seeerrrious $$$$


I'd go with some F/I but that's just me.....

so far...im having problems with the patriot heads

mysterious oil disapearing (in the process of fixing that)....runs rough sometimes....going to get it dyno tuned soon as i sort my oil problem...ill let you know my numbers when i get it dynoed but i dont think ive made much of a power improvement from them...but ill let ya know if your serious about them when i get the numbers

Save your pennies and do ALOT of research.
Keeping it a 100% streetable is gonna be tough.

Check for oil pulling from the valve covers into the intake. I'm happy with the patriots. I wish I had a little bigger cams tho.

right now im having problems with it spraying from the front main...the piggyback pulley was all screwed up and wobbled so i put a march 1 pc fluid one in and changed the seal too but it was a fight to get everything in and im sure we messed up bcuz its spraying out around the crank pulley bolt so i gotta redo it...yay

did you have to get a tune after the head install???
