catted x vs. Bolt ons
1) What would everyone here do? Buy $250 worth of bolt ons(steeda pullys, c&L plenum, and TB) or should I save a little more and get a used(2000 miles) stainless steel bassani cated x pipe for $350?
2) The thing is, my parents dont let me mod my car very much and wont let me do exhaust mods so does anyone know how much louder it will be with the stock cat-back. If I can get away without too much of a sound increase, I might be able to install it without them knowing.

RE: catted x vs. Bolt ons
Get the X definetly.
The X will open the stock catback up a little. Not very much but definetly noticable. If I were you I would punch some holes in your mufflers to make them sound a little better. Then when they rust out, they will have to buy you new ones. Magnaflows are cheaper than stockers. LOL

I wanna know where you are getting UD pulleys, a TB and a Plenum for 250 bucks!!!(unless it's all used). Actually be cheaper to get a midpipe. Can get a brand new BBK catted X-pipe for about 350 bucks!

It seems to me that i would get more hp from those three mods than i would with the x-pipe. And it would be much cheaper also.
