hell im trying to figure out what type of exhaust to get. i want a deepthroaty rumble not raspy sound. i guess i need to go with a o/r h pipe with maybe flowmaster super 44's

Better question, Can i bolt up some 44's on the stock exhaust? or are the stock mufflers welded? i havent lookd yet.

yeah if you dont like rasp stay away from SLP LM1 or any X-pipes...
Go with a chambered muffler (i.e. MAC or Flowmaster) with an H-pipe and you'll be good to go

Sure. It's the o/ror catted midpipes that will determine that. ...even then, it still depends on the state. Washington state doesn't do sniff or look under the car.


I have Magnaflows and they sound really good.

Sorry, but the lm1 in that clip just sounds like straight *ss! Nothing but raspy racket. That car had cams also.
