Default just got welds and tires...question tho...

my dad was talking to the guy who does the work on my car and apparently i cant drive the car with the welds and mickey thompsons on the rear while i still have my regular rims on the fromt with the nitto 555s....he said it was because the m/t are made from a different material and its bad for the car....sounded weird to me...anyone know anything about this?

Never heard of that. But I did have my ABS light coming on when i had my stock wheels in front with fat welds in the back. Didnt hurt anything though. Someone said it was becuase the tire size difference. Nothing about it being different materials lol.

Having different sized tires and wheels on a car (like wider in the back) will cause the ABS not to function. It has nothing to do with the material of the tires.
