Ok, about a month a go i had a guy send me a bbk x pipe ( we weretalking about me buying it )before i was home or made any deals he sent it with out payment, i didnt know he was going to send it because i didnt send the money order and didnt tell him to send it yet, i just had a death in the family and was gone for a few weeks, come to find out he sent the part with out me know even after i told him not to send it.

I called my neighbors to ask to pick it up out side but they never seen it, Fedex said it was droped off, im guessing someone stole it.

Should i send him the money for the part or maybe half, he only wanted 100 for it, or should i just tell him hes **** out of luck cus he sent the part before i was ready for it and home?

If you implied that you were going to purchase it you might have a moral obligation but thats it. If you have e-mails from your communications about the purchase you have nothing to worry about and tell him he's out of luck if thats what you want to do.

yeah, i talked about buying it, and asked to get a shipping price on it, then come to find out he went to get the price and just shipped it. i was out of the state at the time so i was like WTF i didnt want it yet im not even home lol

Has he asked you for the money yet? Id probably split it with him, provided he has a tracking number with proof that it was delivered.
