You're confusing cooling the blower with cooling the charge air. The blower is cooled by engine coolant flow through the manifold, the charge airmay becooled by an intercooler (aftercooler as some call it) which might be ofair-to-air or water-to-air design.[/align]
Oh, ok, I gotcha. I thought it was all one in the same. I thought just depending on how cool the actual SC itself was would determine how cool the air was. I didn't realize they were seperate, though now that I think about it, it makes sense. I unfortunately have little experience with superchargers. At least for now haha.

Just adding the intercooler is a complete isolated system that has its own pump
