yea my car kept getting slower(15.2@93 and then 15.3@92) so i let it sit for an hour and removed my headlight then i traped 2 mph and 2 tenths more so i think it would help
Did you miss some shifts?
no the car felt like it was lacking power so i let it sit for an hour and then raced it again and got the 15.0@95 im going wensday again taking the headlight out, icing the intake and i put my stock wheels back on that are alot lighter

also does any one know which fuse/relay controls the fans?

I have't tried this on a mustang but it works in some cars...worth a shot. You can try unplugging your A/C compressor and turn on your A/C. The electric fan should turn on when the A/C is turned on and since your A/C compressor will be disconnected, it wont be engaged and wont cost you any HP. You will just have your fan inside blowing. If that doesnt work you can do the relay jumper. Not sure where the relay is but try looking around the fan itself orin the Fuse box in the engine bay. Ive only had the stang a few months so havent really gotten to know it well yet.

I would think the airflow from a moving car would make any fan effect negligable.
