Why don't any of you have the borla stinger catback? Me and wings were talkin, and i havent noticed any GTs with the borla catback? any specific reason? jw

Because Borla sounds horrid on a GT. Not enough exhaust going through it to make it sound good like the Cobra and Fbodys have.

haha thats exactly what i said thats why most don't go with it. i'd love to see someone with a GT go with it. on www.ninosport.com they got it for 550, i think nino would go less and especially since hes lookin in to getting a nice h-pipe to go with it.

Im telling you, man. The best sounding muffler for the GT is a Magnapack on either midpipe. Its going to be espically deep on the H pipe. Thats what you need to get!

lol JD u been tryin to sway me with those packs for the past couple days. I heard the borla on cobras in a few clips, and daaamn they sounded nice. i heard the packs and i dunno, some clips are nice, others i hear kindof a cackly sound (with an H). i'm leaning towards the borla catback with the bbk o/r h, u still think that'll sound horrid?

i sent him a few clips of the borla exhaust on a 03' cobra, i'd hate for him to the borla exhaust and it and not be what he is expecting. hes looking for a real deep tone that sounds really nice and when he heard the clips thats exactly what he was looking for. but again i really don't know what it sounds like on a GT. he has the money and he can probably get it for 500 maybe even less so say give it a shot but in reality i think the safe play is the magnapacks because i've never even heard a clip with a gt with borlas stinger exhaust.

The Borla is going to sound better on the Cobra because its pushing more exhaust through them. Ive heard GT's with Borla and they sound like fart cans in my opinion.
