when you pull everything check your bell housing for oil, if there is you have a rear seal leak, i would change it regardless though while you are there.
get a new clutch disc, pressure plate, pilot bearing, rear main seal, clutch quadrant cable, and firewall adjuster. and dont forget to get some tranny fluid.
drain your tranny before you remove it or you will be like me and know what tranny fluid tastes like.[sm=icon_guiness.gif]

Synthetic is the way to go. BTW, once again since you will have the car up on a lift, might as well drain the rear end too, and replace with synthetic. I have seen claims of 9-13 RWHP from a full synthetic swap (engine oil, trans fluid, rear end fluid).

[sm=icon_ladiesman.gif]yup, synthetic all the way, less friction on moving parts. less drag=more POWA!

If you decide to drain your trans (I didnt when I removed mine, but I was replacing it, and I had the car up where i could stand under it) put Synthetic back in it. You will pick up a few more RWHP, keep the trans cooler, and increase the life of your trans.

If your gonna have the car up on a lift anyway ( I am assuming your not crazy enough to try it without a lift) you could do upper/lower control arms and subframe connectors. I think JD and MD have gotten them from blueovalindustrys for like 200-300 shipped? That is my next planned mod, should help you get off the line better and reduce body flex.

Its a good idea to replace that plastic clutch quadrant too, its cheaply made and then you can also adjust pedal height from under the car. And if youd really like you can get the fire wall adjuster too.

I just got a King Cobra and i like it alot! It grabs like crazy. I chirp in third every now and then on accident---something that never happend before. I also got the whole steeda clutch package since it was the sticky stock cable that ruined my last clutch. the steeda quadrent and firewall adjuster were great too... much better than plastic pieces.. i did the whole swap myself with my car on four jack stands.... wasn't really that bad, especially for the first time.... id say go witha king cobra if your on any kind of budget... seems to be a winner.
