The X just means that you have a 4.6l engine. 01 1/2 to 04 have a 6 bolt crank period. The X has nothing to do with where the engine was made.

Don't take that TQ number too seriously. With gears his HP/TQ should read lower than if he had stock gearing. It's just a tuning tool. [8D]

Not exactly sure what you mean. But those are the numbers on the dyno chart..... Actually, I rounded 249 rwhp to 250.... sue me.
The numbers jumped when I put on the O/R H pipe. Went from 239/282 to 249/306 (10hp & 24 tq gain. I wasn't under the impression that those are unusual numbers for putting on a O/R H pipe.)
When I first put on the H-pipe I found that in damp conditions I could break the tires loose in 2nd gear, just by mashing the throttle at 2500rpm+. It never did that before.
Anyway, I'm not a dyno expert, can you explain why you think the numbers are wrong?

Edit -- found the dyno chart in case it helps.
One run is from Apr06, the other (after the hpipe) is from Oct 06.

He's probably runnin a little lean to get that high of a torque number. 99, 2000, and SOME 01's have 8 bolt cranks. After Ford fully released the 4.6 they started running out of blocks so they started putting truck motors in them in 99. It's not really a big deal because the crank is not the weak point, the powder soft rods and pistons are.
Actually if I remember correctly there was a fire at the plant that made the romeo engines. Thus the short time run of the winsors.
