my 02 GT has the white gauges that are supposed to look kick ***. Well in the day they look real nice, but at night only the needlees light up.. Anything that is red lights up, but the blue numbers do not light up at all. Anyone might have a clue what it might be? The car came that way so im a little confused on where to go from here. Any info would be appreciated.. Thx guys

my car did the same thing. If it is the kind of gauges where you can dim the numbers on a separate switch, then check the grounds on that switch. Mine works great now

If all fails do i take it to a electrical shop, or to a mechanic? i cant believe i bought the car like that.. lol .. i bought it during the day though

I would trace down the connections coming off of the cluster. It said it had an inverter, and most people put the controller under the dash right above where you legs would be. It should have some kind of dial on it. If that is the case, i would take it to someone who know elecrical. Worst case scenario buy some more gauge faces since most of them are less that $100. I think mustangsunlimited.com has some for $89 that are reverse EL gauges
