With that budget I'd first look for a wrecked Cobra, Mach 1 or Bullitt. I personally think that will get you the most bang for the buck and you'd probably have several hundred left over....

The bullitt, mach 1, or cobra brakes are all pretty good. I think they are basically the same they just have different colors.

Do this:
Buy a pair of calipers from a Mach 1/Bullitt/Cobra, whichever suits you best (Bullits are red calipers with a silver running pony, Mach 1 are flat black, Cobra are either Red or Flat black with raised silver lettering that says "COBRA"). Just get calipers.
Next, buy a pair of 13" rotors from wherever... I chose slotted + drilled ones, they were $75 each. You can either buy GT +1 size, or stock Cobra size, just be sure the rotor is 13".
That covers the front, for the rear, I recommend this: 13" Rotor for rearwhich will mainly be for the looks. DON'T DO THE COBRA REARS! It's not worth the hassle, you need to pull the axles out to make the swap, you only pick up 1", they still look really small, and it uses the same caliper you have on there.
Also, you do not need any hardware for the front, except for a couple of new compression washers if your stock ones leak when re-used. The stock caliper mounting bolts are re-used, as is the brake line that is already there. They do send a new line with the front kit (if you were to buy the regular front kit instead of calipers and rotors separately), but it is not necessary, in fact, it's the exact same as the line that is already there. You can upgrade to SS lines if you choose, but it's not so necessary, the caliper warps more than anything, rubber lines don't do it any harm.
